Fifi - Assistant Manager

A typical example of climbing from the bottom. Fifi joined the family in 2012, with 0 knowledge and skillset that the industry requires, she has proved herself that nothing substitutes hard work. As a newly promoted Assistant Manager, Fifi is now being trained to handle more legislative and administrative side of the business. A full-scale Manager in waiting is eventual. As a proud mother of 3, any spare time that she can muster is splurged on horror movies and music.

Viji - Pressing Trainer

Viji has been a dedicated housewife all her life. She joined the family since birth of Singapore operations in 2012. As an accomplished Pressing Trainer, she has been imparting her sills and knowledges to our younger generation. From trousers to shirts to wedding gowns, Spring to Winter, she ensures that all the garments are neatly and ready pressed for all customers. During her free time, Viji loves to cook, do readings, meditate and have her friends gather to have a good time.

Tessa - Supervisor

Born with a happy-go-lucky personality, Tessa joined the family in 2015. She is able to balance work and pressure. She carries with her, multiple skillset that are needed to front diverse operational demand. From Retail to CPU, spotting to dry-cleaning, packing to laundry, her versatility has made her a trusted lieutenant in the family, which the team can count on. While away from work as a Supervisor, Tessa loves chasing Korean dramas, laugh over comedies and cooking.

Alicia

One of our stars. Brought with her impeccable customer service-oriented attitude, Alicia is adored by customers for her meticulous detailing and apprehension on her work. She loves challenges and takes them head-on.

Zeny

1 of our heartiest Retail Managers, Zeny is a whole bundle of fun. That spirit was brought onboard into the family, more often than not, making our customers who had a bad day smile after visiting us. It’s infectious.

Hannah

Came from foreign land, Hannah joined the family as her first career in Singapore. She’s learning and determined to give her best. In order to fully understand her work, she’s helping all other managers in the shops.

Mary

Equipped with hospitalism experience, Mary came in with a steadfast attitude and jovial energy, she is honing her customer skillset experience in order to bring you nothing short of a delightful visit.

Sasha

1 of our veterans in the Retail team. Her composed patience has eased many customers and they do not mind the queue. Sasha also helps to train/guide new family members who wish to explore the world of dry-cleaning.

Fahmie

The latest addition to our Home Delivery team, Fahmie possess a positive can-do attitude and always ensure the customers’ orders are being attended to at a timely fashion. As a seasoned dispatch specialist for more than a decade, he’s able to navigate around in a much more efficient manner to compensate the ever-demanding home delivery service. Being a father of 1 is one thing, being a boy that loves cars is another. Fahmie loves handy work to modify and ‘tune’ cars at any given opportunity.

Naz

With a like-to-joke attitude, more often than not, you would see him smiling. His friendly disposition has made him easy to approach. He is a fast learner and always seeking a chance to crack a joke or 2. While customers are quick to remember Naz’s name, he also a proud father of 1 child and loves about just every sport.

Saie

Our veteran in Home Delivery team. Saie has worked many years on dispatch services and he is often taking up the most challenging route when it comes to peak season. With his ‘Just-Do-It’ attitude, he would ensure there’s no trip missed within reasons. With his helpful demeanour, Saie often goes above and beyond to get his journey performed.
